If you think going on a diet is hard, you should try a low carb diet; it is much harder. This is mostly because we're so used to snacking on carb-loaded foods in between meals. When we're hungry, we automatically reach for chocolate bars, candies and chips. Perhaps you stand for moments on end before the vending machine, contemplating the snacks being sold there.
