Traveling to college, was an eye opener on how you can exercise free of playing a sport. I am personally very inconsistent with my exercise routines. Similar to writing, many days I just don’t feel like working out. It took me at least three years to recognize that I don’t like the gym. I need aerobics classes to assist me to get into shape.
