Years ago the Prasouda Diet was known as the famous Mediterranean Diet. Whole grains and legumes are hailed being a staple of this diet; you are allowed huge amounts of omega 3 fish, and mild amounts of meat. You are allowed around 1/2 dozen eggs per week. Dairy foods are permitted but just those which don't have great amounts of saturated fats. Nuts are encouraged because of their protein content.
